Booking & Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to every booking of Villa Prenc. Please read them before you confirm your booking.

2. How to book

Send us an enquiry by email with your dates and number of guests. We will reply with availability, the total price and these terms. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing and receive a deposit of 30% of the total price, paid by bank transfer.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are per night for the whole villa (up to 6 guests), in euros.
• The price includes tourist tax, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking and use of the pools and sauna. There are no other compulsory charges.
• The remaining amount is paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival.

4. Cancellation

By you: please cancel in writing by email. The following applies:

• More than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full
• 30 to 14 days before arrival: deposit is kept

Accommodation booked for specific dates is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), so the rules above apply instead. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

By us: if we have to cancel your booking for any reason, we refund all payments in full without delay.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Other times are possible by arrangement.

6. Guests and registration

• The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Visitors staying overnight must be agreed with us in advance.
• Croatian law requires us to register all guests on arrival (eVisitor system). Please have a valid ID card or passport ready for every guest.
• Pets are not allowed.

7. House rules and safety

• Please treat the villa and its equipment with care and report any damage immediately. Guests are liable for damage they cause.
• The pools and the sauna are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please respect the neighbours, especially during the night.

8. Complaints

If something is not right during your stay, please tell us straight away so we can fix it. You can also send a written complaint by email to villaprencmatulji@gmail.com or by post to the address above. We will confirm receipt and reply in writing within 15 days.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. Your statutory rights are not affected.
